DTS is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Client position based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a vital support pillar for the Project Management team, ensuring technology initiatives are executed with precision and efficiency.
You will act as the central hub for cross-functional information technology tasks, working closely with project managers and business teams to document scope, manage high-level requirements, and keep projects on track. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the flow of information from gathering requirements and facilitating design discussions to overseeing application development, testing, and roll-out schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining the pulse of the project by keeping status reports and resource forecasts current in reporting tools, while also crafting clear communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and presentations for stakeholders.
A key part of your mission is to manage customer expectations and relationships. You will communicate project status, report on lessons learned, and facilitate retrospective findings to ensure continuous improvement. This position requires a high degree of organization and the ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining strong working relationships with executive management, business units, and technical teams.
