About the Role
The Crew2 Project Coordinator plays a critical role as the business expands outside of traditional sales channels. You will manage projects from the initial measure through final payment, ensuring a smooth and organized process from start to finish. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling communication, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
You will bridge the gap between HDS services, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your day will involve receiving project measurements, building accurate quotes, and maintaining project tracking through Smartsheet. As this area of the business continues to grow, you will follow up on quotes, support sales efforts, and ensure timely customer payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field OR equivalent education and experience
- verifiedExperience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel)
