About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support large-scale capital projects within a highly regulated energy environment. This role is critical for ensuring the financial integrity and strategic alignment of our capital initiatives. You will focus on project estimating, budgeting, funding authorization, cost analysis, and long-range project planning, serving as a bridge between engineering, operations, and asset owners.
In this position, you will work closely with project stakeholders to develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates that drive project approvals and capital planning. Your work will directly influence how we manage project backlogs, analyze historical data to improve estimate accuracy, and identify risks and contingency requirements to support robust governance and approval processes.

Requirements
- verified8–10+ years of project estimating and project controls experience

Nice to Have
Energy, Utilities, Power Generation, or Nuclear industry experience. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Experience supporting capital projects in regulated environments. Local candidates preferred.
