About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the successful execution of construction projects in Nampa, Idaho. This long-term contract position is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in project planning, scheduling, and management, ensuring that key milestones are met and workflows are optimized.

In this role, you will serve as a central hub for communication, coordinating between team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration. Your day-to-day will involve managing master schedules, tracking project progress, and identifying potential risks or delays before they impact the timeline. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation through scanning and filing, as well as contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
