About the Role
This position serves as a vital support function for financial operations across multiple projects. The role ensures accurate cost tracking, reporting, and compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between project execution and financial integrity, managing the flow of funds from initial planning through completion.
In this capacity, you will handle a diverse range of financial tasks including invoicing, payables/receivables, and cash flow activity. You will be responsible for producing periodic financial reports, assisting with external reporting needs, and maintaining organized, audit-ready financial records. Additionally, you will liaise with outside advisors, support cost allocation, manage billing reconciliation, and handle lien waivers and general contract-related financial tasks. The role also involves assisting with payroll processing and related documentation.
