About the Role
NAR is seeking a motivated Commercial Programs Specialist to support the organization's initiatives and engagement in the commercial real estate space. This role is designed to increase member satisfaction in the value of membership by supporting the execution of programs and services, events, outreach, and governance operations.\n In this position, you will partner with the Director of Global and Commercial Strategy to enhance association services. You will manage the Commercial Accreditation and Awards programs, oversee commercial grant administration from processing to fund distribution, and assist associations in developing their own commercial structures. Additionally, you will create commercial content for social media and editorial accounts, while communicating with members and local associations to ensure they have access to the commercial services that best meet their needs.
Work Environment
NAR operates on a hybrid schedule, with team members expected to be in the office three days a week. The role may require travel up to 20% to support events and outreach initiatives.
