About the Role
As a Program Supervisor at the Serene Group Home, you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to expanding access to services and developing effective ways to support individuals. This role is critical to our success, blending direct care with professional oversight. You will supervise a team of Caregivers while facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP). Your day will involve a dynamic split between providing direct support—such as assisting with daily activities, meal planning, and medication administration—and managing administrative duties like staff hiring, training, scheduling, and community involvement. This is a unique opportunity to gain supervisory experience while making a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve daily.
