About the Role
As a Program Supervisor for IDD Services in Nampa, ID, you will join a team intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing effective ways to deliver support. This role is critical to our success, offering a unique blend of direct care, professional program activities, and team leadership. You will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) while supervising a team of Caregivers. Your day will involve supporting individuals with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, as well as facilitating community involvement through outings and transportation. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain supervisory skills while making a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve daily.
