As a Program Supervisor for IDD Services in Nampa, ID, you will join a team intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing effective ways to deliver support. This role is critical to our success, offering a unique blend of direct care, professional program activities, and team leadership. You will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) while supervising a team of Caregivers. Your day will involve supporting individuals with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, as well as facilitating community involvement through outings and transportation.
