This role is critical to our success in expanding access to services and developing effective ways of delivering supports. You will balance direct support with professional program activities and supervision, creating relationships that motivate us all every day.
Your day will involve facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and supervising a team of Caregivers. You will also provide direct support to individuals, assisting with daily activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Additionally, you will facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.
