About the Role
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our success by balancing direct support with professional oversight. This position is designed for those seeking a career where they can make a tangible difference in the lives of others. You will supervise a team of Caregivers, facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) while managing administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of direct care and leadership. You will provide essential support to individuals receiving services, assisting with daily activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Additionally, you will facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.
