Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFacilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- check_circleProvide direct support including meal preparation and personal care
- check_circleFacilitate community involvement and transportation to activities
- check_circleSupervise a team of Caregivers supporting program participants
- check_circleManage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
- check_circleAdminister medication to individuals receiving services
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedOne year related work experience
- verifiedMust be 18 years or older
- verifiedCurrent driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- verifiedOther licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
