As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily program operations and lead community-based health and social service initiatives. This role exists to ensure that every individual receives person-centered services that align with Sevita's rigorous standards and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a vital link between direct-care staff, families, healthcare providers, and community partners, coordinating care and developing comprehensive service plans.
In this position, you will not only manage program outcomes and documentation but also provide essential oversight to your team through scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback. You will be instrumental in supporting crisis situations, developing safety and behavior support plans, and collaborating with leadership to implement program enhancements.
