About the Role

The Program Specialist - Nature serves as the steward of the Nature Program at Camp Whitcomb during the summer season. This role is dedicated to fostering a deep connection between youth and the natural world through a dedicated nature center and a variety of outdoor learning experiences. The position is designed for individuals passionate about environmental education who are ready to guide campers in developing outdoor living skills and environmental awareness.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., as sponsorship for employment visas is not available. Please note that compensation for this AmeriCorps position is non-negotiable and consists of a fixed living allowance and education award; specific amounts can be found on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee website.
