About the Role

As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our store by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a genuine passion for the Dunkin' brand.

In this position, you will take command when the manager is absent, responsible for the well-being of the store and the safety of employees. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring a "customer is always right" mentality while training and coaching staff on best practices. From maintaining product quality with a "if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it" approach to identifying opportunities for upselling, your day-to-day impact will be felt across the entire store.
