Our services span academic support, college counseling, job placement, substance use and violence prevention education, crisis intervention, leadership development, and technology training. About the Role

As a Program Specialist (Inclusion Support), you will serve as a dedicated advocate for school-age children during our after-school and summer programs. Reporting to the Site Coordinator, your primary focus is providing one-on-one social and emotional support, behavioral intervention, and coaching. You will work to create a positive, safe learning environment where students can thrive, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies and restorative practices to resolve conflicts and manage behavior.

In this role, you will develop individualized care plans, document student progress, and facilitate independent study or enrichment activities. A key part of your day involves collaborating with school-day teachers, counselors, and after-school staff to identify students needing specialized support. You will also serve as a bridge to families, maintaining professional communication to advise parents on their child's progress and challenges while ensuring the confidentiality of all student information.
