We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Program Scheduler to support a federal program management office in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be a critical partner in ensuring program success by creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across programs. Your work will involve integrating schedules across portfolios within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool and performing rigorous analysis of progress against baseline plans.
You will identify and analyze the critical path, perform "what-if" scenarios to anticipate challenges, and develop executive-level schedule metrics and management reports. This position requires attending program and project meetings to discuss and review schedules, ensuring that adjustments are made as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where clear communication with a variety of stakeholders is essential to solving complex problems.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens to be eligible for a suitability determination. The selection process includes a government background investigation covering financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications. An active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation is preferred.
Target salary range: $90,000 - $130,000. Final compensation is determined by various factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and security clearances.
