We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Program Scheduler to support a federal program management office in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be the backbone of our scheduling operations, ensuring that complex federal programs stay on track. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ability to maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and integrate schedules across portfolios will directly influence project success. This position offers the opportunity to develop executive-level metrics, analyze critical paths, and run "what-if" scenarios to navigate the unique challenges of federal deployment.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to pass a comprehensive government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications. An active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation is preferred. Successful candidates will join a team that values clear communication, complex problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
