About the Role

The Individualized Services department supports children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in being actively engaged in their daily lives. As the Program Manager (Employer Liaison), you will serve as the vital link between families and the Mentors who work with them. This role exists to ensure the right person is matched with the right job at the right time, facilitating a supportive environment where families can effectively supervise their Mentors.

In this position, you will navigate the challenges of recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote workforce with varying schedules. You will act as a problem-solver and organizer, guiding families through performance management dilemmas and identifying appropriate training needs. Your work ensures that the recruitment, matching, payroll, and training processes run smoothly, allowing families to focus on the individuals they serve.

Hiring Process
