We are a highly-energized team of problem solvers who collaborate with some of the most talented creative individuals in the industry. Our tools are designed in close collaboration with product, design, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure they effectively support our growing services business.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, innovative, and driven Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead project management for a rich set of automated marketing tools and data products. You will work closely with internal teams—including creative, product, engineering, and international groups—as well as external technical development teams to enable efficiencies, cost savings, and customer transactions.
You will be part of a team that defines the future direction of tools and technology for our Services by understanding business goals and communicating key needs to the product organization. Your day-to-day will involve driving project intake, planning, and end-to-end execution while aligning resources to shared marketing goals. You will partner closely with product and engineering to implement advanced technology solutions, including API integrations and AI-enabled capabilities, while managing the marketing technology roadmap for your respective services.

Requirements
