About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to spearhead critical projects across product launches, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal initiatives. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives and possesses a passion for operational efficiency, including AI-driven workflows.\n You will operate seamlessly at both strategic and hands-on execution levels, serving as the connective tissue between legal team members and cross-functional partners. Your day will involve navigating between program-level strategy and task-level execution to ensure nothing falls through the cracks during handoffs. You will build and maintain trackers and dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into project health, while proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions before issues become crises.

Requirements
