As a Director of the SRC within PNC's Technology organization, you will lead enterprise-wide technology operations supporting 100+ critical applications across Java, Linux, and Windows platforms. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ, this role is accountable for ensuring service stability, rapid incident response, and operational excellence across a 24x7 environment.
You will own incident, change, and problem management, oversee event management platforms, and drive coordination across infrastructure, engineering, vendors, and Line of Business teams. This leader plays a critical role in reducing operational risk, improving resilience, and enhancing customer experience across mission-critical services. You will manage multiple development projects and application support functions, allocating resources during the application development life cycle and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure implementation quality.
