About the Role

I2X Technologies is seeking a Systems Test Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is on-site and requires an active Secret clearance. The role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with government customers and internal personnel to drive mission success.

The System Test Team is responsible for the planning and analysis of all ground tests and flight tests in which the program participates. Ground tests include pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts. Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters, while international events comprise various ground and flight test activities.

As a Systems Test Analyst, you will conduct wide-ranging analyses of system performance during integration, ground testing, flight testing, and real-world events. You will verify compliance with system specifications and ICDs, and validate performance against test objectives to support mission data reviews and fielding decisions. The role involves supporting development teams in troubleshooting, determining root causes, and validating fixes during the system-wide discrepancy resolution process. Additionally, you will develop, modify, and implement analysis tools, collaborate with other analysis groups, and coordinate with Execution Leads, Data Managers, program leadership, and Government customers. You will also support the Chief Analyst and act as a backup Data Manager as needed.
