About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager for Incident Management & NOC Operations to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our enterprise crisis response capabilities. Your primary mission is to ensure effective monitoring, swift containment, resolution, and recovery from IT service disruptions, minimizing business impact before they escalate into major incidents.
This position sits at the intersection of production operations, system stability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and observability. You will play a key role in enhancing the advisor and investor experience by improving platform reliability, resilience, and operational efficiency. Beyond technical oversight, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry-leading talent to manage innovative solutions, while also participating in sales initiatives and client pursuits to align operational capabilities with broader business needs.
As a leader, you will provide guidance and mentorship across the delivery organization, contributing to thought leadership and supporting activities ranging from systems analysis to documentation. You will continuously strengthen your consultative and technical expertise through exposure to diverse challenges across multiple industry domains.
