About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead to oversee our 24/7 NOC team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in network operations, team leadership, and incident management, alongside a strong understanding of network security and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead a team of NOC engineers and technicians through guidance, training, and mentorship
- check_circleOversee daily NOC operations including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
- check_circleEnsure continuous monitoring of network devices, systems, and applications to detect issues proactively
- check_circleGenerate and analyze performance reports and incident metrics for senior management and stakeholders
- check_circleCreate and evaluate NOC procedures, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- check_circleParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- check_circleCollaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve network infrastructure
- check_circleLead incident response efforts, manage escalation procedures, and ensure timely resolution and stakeholder notification
Requirements
- verifiedTS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- verified10+ years of experience in network operations
- verified2+ years in a leadership role
- verifiedExperience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- verifiedCCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
