Sterling Medical, a leading provider of healthcare services for large companies and government agencies, is seeking an EDIS Program Manager to support military families in Falls Church, VA. This full-time, 40-hour per week position offers excellent compensation and includes relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
The EDIS Program Manager plays a critical dual role as both an advisor and a program leader. You will serve as a specialist in Early Intervention (EI) and IDEA (Parts B and C), advising the EDIS team on the MRS and EI mission. Beyond technical advisory duties, you will manage cross-functional teams, define resource management processes, and ensure the timely delivery of program and project deliverables. This role requires translating product specifications into actionable program plans and providing leadership on key technology projects.
We strongly encourage military spouses and dependents to apply. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of IDEA and experience working in school programs. You will be responsible for coordinating resources across multiple projects, managing test delivery for application projects, and facilitating project scorecard development to ensure enterprise-wide success.
