This Policy Assistant position, based in the Washington, DC office, offers significant opportunities to address barriers to access and advance positive educational outcomes for all students. The role provides direct exposure to education policy, policymakers, and leaders driving positive change. It is designed to help candidates develop and refine policy and data analysis skills while gaining a deeper understanding of policymaking at state, district, and federal levels.\n You will work alongside principals, senior policy advisors, and attorneys on a wide range of projects. The position requires in-office work at least 2–3 days per week in a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with teams and independently support diverse projects.
