Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage DoD programs and projects to meet performance objectives
- check_circleOversee technical and financial performance of the overall program
- check_circleCoordinate with local managers to fulfill specific project roles
- check_circleCommunicate program goals and expectations to project managers
- check_circleReview project budgets, performance reporting, and relationship results
- check_circleOversee project managers in coordinating design efforts with consultants
- check_circleDevelop and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
- check_circleCollaborate with the estimating group to prepare accurate project estimates
- check_circleEnsure final quality and delivery of required program reports
- check_circleOversee project managers in preparing administrative submittals and schedules
- check_circleDevelop overall program goals, strategies, and objectives
- check_circleDevelop and write proposals with accurate pricing structures
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years' experience in program management and business development
- verifiedProfessional registration such as P.E. or P.G.
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore
- verifiedDirect experience with Federal clients
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Unit Price, and Firm Fixed Price contracts and subcontracts.
