About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Chief of Staff to join Enterprise Management Services. This role serves as a strategic partner to the VP and the leadership team, driving operating discipline, business execution, budget visibility, analytics, cross-functional alignment, and accountability across a broad portfolio. The Chief of Staff will translate leadership priorities into clear action plans, defining owners, due dates, metrics, and executive-ready updates.

In this position, you will manage the rhythm of the business, tracking critical workstreams and surfacing risks early. You will use data to identify trends and execution gaps, ensuring that discussions consistently turn into measurable action. Success in this role requires comfort working across technical, operational, financial, security, compliance, analytics, and organizational priorities. You will partner closely with Security, Support, Labs, APEX, Legal, HR, Finance, OCI, M&D, tenancy/application teams, and executive stakeholders to reinforce operating discipline and ensure commitments are tracked through completion.
