We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL. This is a contingent key position tied to a submitted proposal for an upcoming contract. The role is designed for a leader who can supervise employees while simultaneously recruiting and retaining technical professionals to support our mission.
In this position, you will serve as a visible ambassador to the contract program office and senior leadership, fostering a culture of ownership and morale. You will assess the technical capabilities of potential candidates in system safety engineering, software safety, explosive safety, and related disciplines. Your day-to-day involves leading project development from inception to completion, managing complex reporting mechanisms, and ensuring programs align with business objectives. You will act as a bridge between government customers and senior corporate leadership, communicating program status and financial details clearly to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with MIL-STD-882E and/or other DoD safety requirements. Experience with Safety Boards. Experience with Materiel Release. PMP certification. Ability to utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 products. Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal direction.
