About the Role

We are seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Director to lead our PMO and manage a team of Program Managers. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full lifecycle of RF-based products within the precision weapons domain. You will establish and optimize the processes, tools, and methodologies that drive successful program execution across the organization.

In this position, you will serve as the primary escalation point for program issues, risks, and resource conflicts. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Production, and Division leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals. You will hold Program Management Reviews, oversee resource allocation across multiple programs, and guide the team in creating Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) and supporting customer funding requests. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development by positioning TSC as the preferred partner for new programs with existing and prospective customers.

While the preferred location is Huntsville, AL, candidates based elsewhere may be considered, with travel required up to 25% of the year to support our government program offices and public sector customers.

Requirements
