In this fully remote position, you will manage a multitude of details and timelines while identifying improvements to increase efficiency. Your day-to-day involves planning, implementing, and managing initiatives, ensuring core foundational processes are documented, and facilitating clear communication across all levels of leadership. You will thrive in creating concise agendas and presentations that accurately reflect the Cyber brand, while also coaching staff in operational best practices. This role requires a proactive generalist who is comfortable owning their space, establishing a sense of urgency, and navigating ambiguous situations to drive collaboration and accountability.
