You will manage the day-to-day operations of one to four community programs, ensuring the implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, and regulatory compliance. Your day will involve fostering relationships with stakeholders, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and maintaining a safe physical environment. You will make key decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and performance, while ensuring services remain consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served. This position requires a compassionate approach and the ability to be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
