The Program Director serves as a key leader under the supervision of the Program Administrator, ensuring quality care and overseeing all program functions in accordance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements. This role is pivotal in implementing care and resources that meet clients' physical, emotional, and social needs. The Program Director provides comprehensive supervision of all program services, working to develop, implement, track, report, and evaluate measurable outcomes. The position requires a deep understanding of contract requirements and the ability to communicate these effectively to staff. The role involves fostering a safe and secure environment through crisis prevention strategies and serving as the Incident Commander for the facility.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong track record of meeting compliance standards and experience working with individuals and families facing homelessness. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who can function effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
