This Chief Engineer role leads a group of programs within the S-ISR/CMPC portfolio, delivering high-impact software and hardware services to the Intelligence Community (IC) mission. You will be accountable for the entire technical baseline, including architecture, design, software development, testing, and delivery using Agile methodologies. As a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will directly engage with customers to support program objectives, shape future work, and build strong relationships within the customer community.
Located onsite in Aurora, CO, this position requires you to lead front-end business activities, collaborating with program management to innovate high-value, quick-turn solutions. You will provide engineering leadership for capture activities, ensuring technical volume development complies with Statements of Work (SOW) and that bid packages are thoroughly vetted for scope, risks, and opportunities. Your day-to-day involves leading Engineering Bid Reviews (EBRs), reviewing technical baselines, and ensuring collaboration across teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance efficiencies.
Candidates for this role must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance on day one. U.S. citizenship is a strict requirement, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Following the start date, successful candidates must obtain a polygraph.
