We are seeking a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) at Camp H.M. Smith, Oahu, Hawaii. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in capturing theater-level Lessons Learned (LL), integrating joint and coalition insights, and ensuring these insights flow effectively into Operational Plans (OPLAN) and Operation Orders (OPORD). You will work within a dynamic environment to analyze trends, identify systemic issues, and facilitate knowledge management across the Indo-Pacific Command. This position requires close coordination with joint staff, component commands, and subordinate Marine units to ensure timely dissemination of critical operational intelligence.

Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or equivalent Intermediate Level Education (ILE). Prior experience supporting military policy. Ability to adapt to changing working environments and operational tempos. Advanced understanding of military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM). Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals. Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (substitutable with experience); Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or equivalent (preferred).
