The Administrative Coordinator serves as a vital operational hub, providing day-to-day support across finance, operations, and business stakeholders. This position is critical for ensuring the accurate processing of financial documents, the timely coordination of internal requests, and the smooth execution of administrative workflows. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, bridging gaps between cross-functional partners to resolve bottlenecks and maintain efficient documentation flows.
In this fast-paced environment, you will manage a diverse array of priorities, from tracking checks and financial records to coordinating timesheet submissions. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and employee information. You will be expected to identify missing information before it becomes an issue, ensuring that leadership and finance teams always have the accurate data they need.
This role is based in the Seattle Metro area and requires a valid Washington driver's license and access to a working automobile to support on-site operational needs.
We are looking for candidates with specific experience in financial administration or operations, rather than general office support. If you have a proven track record of handling confidential documents, managing timesensitive requests, and interacting comfortably with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams, we encourage you to apply.
