About the Role
SAIC is seeking a Senior Program/Financial Analyst to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island. This role serves as a critical partner in ensuring the financial health and programmatic execution of complex naval projects.
In this position, you will manage all aspects of programmatic financial management, including funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, and budget planning. You will also address ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements using various computer systems. The role requires developing miscellaneous reports, preparing presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of project data.

You will operate in a dynamic environment characterized by frequent interruptions and changing deadlines. Success in this role requires the ability to balance multiple tasks across various projects while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for establishing solid working relationships with customers, technical staff, managers, peers, and various government and contractor personnel.

Candidates must possess an active Secret security clearance to be considered for this position.
