We are seeking a passionate Professional Support Specialist (Medical Receptionist) to join our team. This role is designed for individuals dedicated to helping those struggling with mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness, and forensic involvement. As a key member of our support staff, you will serve as a third intake specialist, managing critical financial documentation and updates. You will play a vital role in maintaining clinic flow, acting as a backup phone receptionist, and taking the lead on relapse autopsies and ACS communications. Additionally, you will provide coverage for DAL, treatment schedule adjustments, and sweat patch reports, while serving as the third line of support for drug patch applications and assisting with UDS completion when needed.
