The Professional Project Manager - Mid Level serves as a strategic partner to our client, providing comprehensive oversight and management of complex capital projects and infrastructure initiatives. This role is designed for a facilities-focused Project Manager who bridges the gap between technical construction trades, lease activity, and facility maintenance. You will be the central point of accountability, ensuring that project scope, schedule, and budget align with client objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of properties, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution and closure. Your day-to-day involves coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting space walk-throughs, and ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve issues promptly. You will develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, track project metrics, and maintain rigorous documentation systems. This role requires a balance of high-level strategic oversight and detailed technical management, ensuring that projects meet user needs and adhere to best practices in project management.
