About the Role

We are urgently seeking hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional behind-the-scenes squad. Our educationally based salon offers everything from nail trims and baths to full-service hair cutting, as well as luxury spa services such as Lemon & Sea Salt Baths, Fur Masks, Coconut Oil Silk Treatments, and Temporary Pet Tattoos.

As a Wag Bather, you will be a key member of our team, representing the front line of our business. You will perform all bathing services offered by Wag Hotels, including baths, brush-outs, de-matting, drying, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and anal gland expression. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping the bathing salon clean and organized.

All our bathers are sent through comprehensive hands-on training and provided continued education as breed standards evolve in the industry. We offer a friendly, welcoming work environment and a strong team of passionate dog lovers. We are seeking reliable individuals with a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get dirty. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and coat conditions, pays excellent attention to detail, and values teamwork, reliability, and career growth.
