Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist patients with daily needs including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and eating
- check_circleCare for personal care and hygiene needs of patients in various healthcare facilities
- check_circleCheck vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes
- check_circleObserve patients and notify supervisors of issues requiring changes in care or medication
- check_circleHelp with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma (or equivalent)
- verifiedActive Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
- verifiedKnowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
