About the Role
As a Medication Partner at Hudson Grande Senior Living, you will be the advocate of empathy for our residents. Your role is to create human connections during their most vulnerable moments while ensuring the proper administration of medication and maintaining accurate records. You will be a proactive presence, assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. This position requires you to be curious, engaged in your own development, and someone others can count on to share their talents and create a positive, inclusive environment.
