As a Production Team Member, you will be a vital part of our production line, working cooperatively to meet production quotas in a timely fashion. Your performance is critical in maintaining the integrity of our product while adhering to the strictest safety and quality protocols. You will be responsible for packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy throughout your shift.
This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will be expected to manage multi-step procedures, adapt to changes while staying focused on deliverables, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks. Whether you are monitoring production quality, reporting concerns to leadership, or handling material management, your attention to detail and reliability will drive our efficiency.
