About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise and support the production process flow, ensuring operations run consistent with directives from the Assistant Production Manager and in accordance with company policies. This role is vital for maintaining overall morale and safety at the location, managing inventory, and addressing team partner concerns in collaboration with Production Management.
