As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise the operation of the plant in accordance with company policies and directives from the Assistant Production Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where we promote from within; many of our current managers started on the production floor.
You will support the training of plant personnel and help foster high morale and safety standards. The position offers ongoing cross-training, exposing you to different areas of production to enhance your performance and career potential. We offer a 40-hour work week with a 5-day schedule, ensuring you enjoy your weekends off.
