About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise the operation of the plant consistent with directives from the Assistant Production Manager and in accordance with company policies. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where cross-training is encouraged to enhance performance and career potential.
You will support the training of plant personnel, maintain overall morale and safety, and work closely with Production Management to address team partner concerns. The position offers a 40-hour work week with weekends off, providing a strong work-life balance. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in this immediate opening.
