UniFirst is an international leader in the $18 billion garment services industry, employing over 14,000 team partners who serve 300,000 business customer locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. For 80 years, we have focused on annual growth, earning recognition in Selling Power magazine's "Best Companies to Sell For" list and Forbes' "Platinum 400 – Best Big Companies" list.
The fabric of UniFirst is woven from a unique community culture. We offer a small-company feel while providing the resources and stability of a major organization. Our diversity—encompassing different cultures, personalities, and backgrounds—is what makes us stand out, and we strive daily to build a culture where everyone feels welcome.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise the operation of the plant in accordance with company policies and directives from the Assistant Production Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where we promote from within; many of our current managers started on the production floor.
You will support the training of plant personnel and help enhance their performance through ongoing cross-training opportunities. Your day will involve managing production process flow, addressing team partner concerns, and ensuring high morale and safety standards. You will also support inventory management, data entry, and report reviews, acting as a bridge between the floor and management to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues as they arise.
We offer a supportive environment focused on career growth and work-life balance. Team Partners enjoy a 40-hour work week with weekends off, along with on-the-job training that exposes them to different areas of production to aid their advancement. We are committed to a culture where diversity is celebrated and every team member feels included.
We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. If you are ready to join a team that values growth and community, please apply.
