As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise and support the production process flow, ensuring operations run consistent with company directives and goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where you can support the training of plant personnel, manage inventory, and address team partner concerns alongside Production Management.
