About the Role
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Norman, OK. This role is designed for a decisive leader committed to operational excellence who will oversee daily production operations and lead a team of production associates. You will ensure that all manufacturing processes meet our rigorous quality standards and safety requirements. In this position, you will be the bridge between management, maintenance, and the production floor, coordinating operations to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociates degree or 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing environments
- verified3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- verifiedExperience in managing production teams
- verifiedWorking knowledge in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- verifiedProficiency in analyzing production metrics and performance data
- verifiedKnowledge of workplace safety regulations and OSHA compliance requirements
- verifiedExperience with quality management systems
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- verifiedFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
