We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Norman, OK. This role is designed for a decisive leader committed to operational excellence who will oversee daily production operations and lead a team of production associates. You will ensure that all manufacturing processes meet our rigorous quality standards and safety requirements. In this position, you will be the bridge between management, maintenance, and the production floor, coordinating operations to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in coil assembly or fabrication in a manufacturing environment. Background in training and developing production staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
