About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will lead Manufacturing operations within the Production & Operations department. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of daily plant activities, balancing safety, quality, and on-time delivery while optimizing resources and workflows. You will serve as a bridge between business goals and shop-floor reality, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align manufacturing output with the company's strategic vision.
In this position, you will not only manage production teams and set performance targets but also mentor staff for growth. Your day-to-day involves analyzing KPIs to drive performance improvements and implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles to refine production lines. You will cultivate a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and teamwork, ensuring that every aspect of the manufacturing process supports our commitment to excellence.
